The 2-room apartment (42 m²) is on the 1st floor. The apartment is new, modern and comfortably furnished. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200). In the living-dining room the sofa can also be used as a bed, flat screen TV and radio. The kitchen is easy to clean in maple decor and has a granite cover with a glass ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have parquet flooring. The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC/avabo. Bed linen and towels are available.
House and outdoor area:
The Chesa Palüds is situated in the middle of the unspoilt plain of Surlej with a direct view of the castle Crap da Sass.
There is enough space for your sports equipment or your bike.
Direct connection to the cross-country skiing track. In winter we have a covered place for your car.
In summer there is a small garden seating area for communal use.

Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
